Freshmen Transition

Change is a very big part of being a freshman in high school. Like the incoming freshman, Case High School is going through many changes. Arguably, the biggest of which is BLOCK SCHEDULING! How are freshman reacting to being in class for such a long time compared to middle school?

Jordan is a freshman from Starbuck says that “Block scheduling is great...” and enjoys having more time in class.

Antonio from Mitchell disagrees, and believes block scheduling makes for a seemingly “longer day”.

There are few freshman like Jacob from Mckinley, who think the pros and cons are equally matched giving him an “indifferent” attitude towards block scheduling. One thing is for sure, the class of 2020 can expect many more changes to look forward to as the first semester of their high school career concludes, finals! Wait… What are finals?
