Girls golf

On Thursday, September 15th, 2016. The Case girls golf team played the Franklin Sabers at Ives Grove Golf Links. There was a bit of a rivalry between Case and Franklin. The rivals shot a school record with a 159 for 9 holes. The Eagles Varsity shot 193. The Case girls had gotten a record as well, ‟This was slightly above their season average. Sophomore Lauren Chiappetta led the way tying her career best with a 46”, said Case golf Coach, Mr. Berry. Two days later on Saturday September 17th, 2016, the Eagles shattered four personal records for 18 holes at Winagamie golf course. Four out of the five varsity players shot their career best for 18 holes.

Bryn Glennon shot 85, Hannah Leonard 88, Nina Kortendick 95, and Lauren Chiappetta 99. These scores combined for a number of 367, which got them in fourth place.
