Movie Review of the Week!

The Perfect Guy

Mckayla Righi

The Perfect Guy, is a movie about a woman, Leah, who is dating a man by the name of Dave. This couple had been dating for quite some time, and Leah wanted more. Leah wanted to have kids soon because she is thirty six years old and can't wait any longer. Dave is not ready for that, so they end up breaking up. Earlier in the movie a man (Carter) appeared at a coffee shop and treats Leah in such a nice way. This man ended up saving her at a bar from a drunk guy that would not leave Leah alone. After this night they were dating for awhile, and he met her family.

Then one night at a gas station, a man was asking Leah about Carter’s car. As Carter approached the car he fought the man and had almost killed him. Ever since that day Leah wanted nothing to do with him, all feelings had been lost. Carter was so upset and stalked her, everywhere she went. She filed a restraining order but that did not work and it only had made things worse.

The day she had gotten the restraining order, Carter broke into her home without Leah knowing. Carter hacks all of her social devices so he can see where she is, along with who texts her. When Dave (her ex boyfriend) texts her asking how she is doing, Carter gets angry. His anger brought him to a very terrible place, in which he murders Dave. Carter does not get caught because he had made it seem as if it was accident. Later Carter gets killed by Leah, and after that she goes to the police.

(I would rate this movie 4/5 stars)

This was a really good movie, and I would recommend you to watch this. There were a lot of good and happy parts, along with very scary parts. I would say 16 years or older are able to watch this movie. Some sexual content was shown but not many. There is gruesome fighting along with killing in the movie, but overall, it is very good.
