War Dogs

McKayla Righi

This movie starts off with a man (David) who works at a elderly home, giving massages. David just recently found out his wife was pregnant and is trying to figure out how they are going to support a family. Until he runs into an old friend of his, Efraim, that offered him an amazing money making opportunity. Efraim offered to have him sell military supplies. David accepted this but kept it from his wife, until one night she had found out during a dinner get together. David and his wife were having dinner with some friends, when Efraim came to his home and needed to talk to David outside. While they were outside they had made a phone call to the general in Cairo. His wife overheard the conversation and was upset that he had lied to her.

War Dogs was based on a true story, which happened in Miami during 2007. This was a really good movie, and I liked it alot! I would recommend this movie for ages sixteen and older. There was drug use, deaths, fighting, very explicit language, and use of military weapons. Some parts were quite action packed parts. Others were sad, but most of the movie was funny. I would recommend you watch this! I rate it a four out of five stars.
