The first episode starts off with a video of a girl trying to jump off a bridge and an older couple is watching this video, they notice that the girl in the video is their daughter. The daughter (Prairie) had gone missing seven years ago. This couple went to the hospital to see her. At first Prarie didn’t know anything about how she got to the hospital. Prairie can see everything now, because before she went missing she was blind. After a couple of days in the hospital, Prairie went home with her mother and father. At first she thinks her name is OA, because that is all she remembers.

After a couple days she posts a video on YouTube saying “Come to a certain place and leave your doors open”. The people that come are four students and a teacher, who listen to Prairie tell her story. Each night, these people come and experience in their minds what actually happened to this girl. They learn her life story and how she got tricked into helping a man. Prairie went missing for seven years because a man had told her that she could help him study. When she got to his house, this man locked her in a cage in the basement. When Prairie wakes up, she finds out there are more people in separate cages.

As they lived in these cages a machine feed them little pellets each day. As some time passes this man (Dr. Hunter Hap) who keeps them locked away, gain trust in Prairie. He lets her come upstairs, she cooks, cleans and helps this man. The only reason he trusts her is because she is blind and she can't see any of her work. Time passes and these young people that are locked up are trying to find a way to escape. Watch the rest, and find out the crazy twist to this show!

This series is a really good series and it is also really cool! There is brief nudity, only for a short couple of seconds, along with there is some explicit language. There are some gruesome parts of fighting. Also parts where people are held in cages, being tested. Some of the parts are quite scary in my opinion. Other parts are really cool and fun to watch. I would recommend watching this series. There is only one season with eight episodes and it is full of things. I would rate this series, a four out of five stars.

Watch on Netflix now!
