Last Saturday, President Donald Trump made accusations on former President Obama of wiretapping Trump Towers prior to the elections. Early Saturday morning, Trump tweeted, “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism! @realDonaldTrump”

These accusations lead to further investigations including search warrants on phones and computers. All Trump would need is a judge to confirm that he has enough evidence for anything to begin happening. So far, there is no evidence on surveillance or any document of proof.

University of Texas Law professor states, “The intelligence court's records are some of the most secretive intelligence documents. The White

House could seek possible records from the Justice Department. If it did that, it would be unheard of and a breach of protocol.”

Also, an official claimed he didn’t believe Trump was trying to get on top of any upcoming news, but that he was upset about the way that things are playing out between Russia and the United States.

Radio talk show host, Mark Levin, also claims that Obama has worked to undermine the work of Trump and his presidential campaign. As far as anyone knows, President Trump and Obama haven’t spoken since the inauguration. Officials are continuing to investigate to find out more information.
