This movie is about a young boy named Angus, who finds a large egg at the beach. At first he thinks it is a rock or some sort of thing, but it’s not. When he gets home he runs it to his father's workshop, but his father isn’t home. He is in the army fighting, and he doesn't come home for a couple of months. Then the army comes and lives at Angus’ families home for a while, because they have a secret mission going on. That's when Angus goes into the workshop and discover the egg had hatched. He looks around the workshop and then spots the Water Horse, and it’s very hungry. Leading Angus running to give it a potato. Crusoe the water horse likes it, and as time goes on the Water Horse gets bigger. Crusoe grew very fast and had to go into the ocean, to one day make a egg for another water horse to come.
This movie is kind of old, but is very good. Any age can watch this, and very family friendly. There were a couple sad, happy and funny parts. I would recommend watching this, to the the amazing parts I had left out. I would rate this a five out of five stars.
