One of the most needed vacations from school is spring break. Case high students would most definitely agree.
Right before the end of 4th quarter home reports, the students got a much deserved break, but what people chose to do with their time is the best part.
Some families may travel within the states, while others leave the country. What seems to be the most common, is staying home in Racine, Wisconsin.
One of the most interesting trips that happened during this school year was a trip to Japan. Some of our very own Eagles flew all the way to Japan for a once in a life-time opportunity.
“It was so amazing. I've never gone on a trip like it! On the last day, I didn't want to come home.” said a Case Eagle.
While some people spent their time in Florida or Mexico; Racine, Wisconsin got a little bit of the summer weather.
The day before Easter, the weather here hit 78 degrees.
“My friends and I piled into the car, got our coffee, and headed for the beach. We didn't swim of course, it's too cold even in summer to do that! I have to say, it was nice getting the chance to feel the sand between my toes and still be at home.” said a Case Eagle.
No matter what people decided to do over spring break, it was enjoyed by all. Right when it seems you can't take another day of school, there was a beautiful day off.
So next year, when you feel like the year is just dragging on, remember you have spring break just around the corner!
