In this world, every person loves the taste of food. Some people love healthy food and others like junk food. Although sweets and junk food can taste so good, they are really bad for you. It's all about lifestyle and what food you like to eat. If you are trying to fix your eating habits don't fall Into the trap of eating unhealthy food, because than you will never fix bad your habits.

Eating healthy can make you feel great and actually have the determination to do things like go to work or school. You will have the energy! You won't get fat or gain weight. Instead you can gain muscle by eating better. You could also lose weight by eating better. You would also set an example for the people around you, that anyone can be healthy.

Eating junk food can cause a bunch of bad things like gaining weight, being lazy, and not having energy to do anything. It might taste really good at the time, but in the long run it's not good for your body. You can eat some because your body does need sugar but not too much. So the next time you go to the store, buy healthy food instead of those honey buns.
